SHOW EVERYTHING; REVEAL NOTHING

Between 2022 and 2023, I drew nude photos my friends had shared with men they no longer have contact with.

I was nearly a year out of an unhealthy relationship and had dealt with waves of anxiety about the intimate photos I had shared during that time (‘view once’ technology wasn’t available at that point).

The intimacy was gone; would my intimate digital footprint be deleted with it?

I started to hear from others that this was a pretty universal experience, varying in severity, so I made an open call to the women in my circle. And I drew our nudes!

The series, in full or in part, was exhibited in three different locations in Amsterdam from 2022 to 2024.
